• For live pets, shipping schedules are arranged to ensure their safety and health.

• Additional fees may apply for express delivery or special handling (e.g., for live pets).

4. Packaging

• Live pets are packed with the utmost care, using specialized materials to ensure their safety during transit.

• Upon customers request, Non-perishable items are securely packaged to prevent damage.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

6. Delivery Guidelines

• Please inspect the shipment upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
