Due to the sensitive nature of live pets, we have specific guidelines:
Non-Returnable: Live pets, including fish, birds, cats, dogs, and exotic pets, are not eligible for returns.
Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): If a live items is found dead upon delivery, you must notify us within 2 hours of receiving the shipment.
Provide clear unboxing videos without any pause and additional requested details for verification.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Notify us within 2 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product.
Provide photos or videos of the damage for assessment.
After verification, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Live pets, unless DOA as specified above.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.
Non-Perishable items and customized products.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a day after verification.
Due to our mistake, if the stock shipped to wrong location, refund will be processed with in a day.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or wrong shipping location).
